Introducing MARN ART Market with CopyWrite Magazine

Collaboration > competition.

Forever and always.

MARN’s mission, as you probably already know, is to support local artists. We do this in a number of ways, one of which is by selling our members’ handmade items in the HUB and passing a majority of proceeds directly back to the artist.

So it should come as no surprise that when the chance to collaborate with CopyWrite Magazine to put on a recurring art market at the HUB came up, we jumped at the opportunity.

Long story short, for the next three Saturdays (December 3, 10, and 17) we’ll be hosting the MARN Art Market at the MARN ART + CULTURE HUB from 10am to 3pm. During this time, a dozen or so vendors will be in the HUB selling their goods, including wearables, giftables, the hand-crafted and unique!

Of course, this is in addition to our MARN MARKETPLACE, which will continue to be stocked with unique items handmade from our member artists. These items include everything from clothing and kitchenware to jewelry and visual art. You can view our full inventory online here.

If you missed those Black Friday deals and are looking for a place to get all of your holiday gift shopping done in one place – while also getting unique handmade gifts made by a local artist – this is your chance to check those gifts off your to-do list.

Not only that, but when you buy from local artists at MARN, whether at these Saturday markets or at the MARN MARKETPLACE, you’re supporting local artists by putting money in their pockets.

And we think putting money in artists’ pockets is a pretty cool thing to do.
