Introducing MARN ART + CULTURE HUB’s “Lounge Sessions”, bringing you performances from across the city and state. A simple set, an intimate setting, superb performances. On Thursday, September 8th at 6:00 PM MARN ART + CULTURE HUB’s Lounge Sessions features Bisca Rae, Doors Open at 5:00 PM.

MARN Lounge Sessions feature Ammorelle. AMMORELLE is a Milwaukee native who has been writing and performing music for over a decade. From performing at countless open mics around the city to headlining turner hall, ammorelle has graced stages across the midwest with her sultry sound and musical storytelling. From a young age Ammorelle gravitated towards the arts, literature and music. Years of singing in church choirs, practicing woodwinds in grade school,  performing in solo ensemble in middle school, and performing original music in a high school band, Ammorelle pursued anything that satisfied her creative desires. Her years of musical upbringing and love for poetry,  literature and her community  shaped her style today.

MARN Lounge Sessions feature Trinity Grace. Trinity has been developing her self-made career since 2016. Since then, she has found a sound that has made an impact in the city of Milwaukee and around the world. Trinity started creating music towards the end of her eighth grade year where she started writing and producing. Singing and creating became second nature. 

On Thursday, June 30th at 5:00 PM MARN ART + CULTURE HUB’s Lounge Sessions features Kyndal J.. MARN Lounge Sessions are FREE and open to the public, grab a drink from COFFEE + WINE by Interval, sit back and enjoy a night of live Music at the HUB (191 N. Broadway Milwaukee, WI 53202)

During the event, Fleming will showcase his artistic process in developing his large scale acrylic paintings. The paintings developed during the live painting sessions May 14 and 28 are a continuation of the series of work on display within MARN’s current exhibition.

MARN Lounge Session (#5) features Donna “Re’nee” Lewis is a 22-year-old Milwaukee native emerging artist. She is a singer-songwriter, self-taught guitarist and multi-instrumentalist. Donna comes from a musically inclined family, being the youngest daughter of the late Jazz, Trumpeter Don Lewis. She began singing in church at 6 years and old and has been heavily involved in the performing arts throughout her teenage years. With much reverence for  70’s soul, rhythmic 90’s and early 2000’s music, she brings her inspirations to life though contemporary R&B sensations.

On Thursday, May 14th at 12:00 PM MARN ART + CULTURE HUB’s Lounge Sessions features Nathan Mayfield. MARN Lounge Sessions are FREE and open to the public, grab a drink from Coffee + Wine by Interval, sit back and enjoy a night of live Music at the HUB (191 N. Broadway)

MARN Lounge Session (#3) features Kaprice Maxwell. Vocalist and Instrumentalist with the Viola, Piano, Electric Bass, and Guitar in her repertoire. Her accomplishments include being the first Wisconsin Local to win 1st place of the 2016 Music Vocal – Contemporary category in the NAACP ACT-SO national competition, receiving  the 2017 outstanding performance award in Downbeat Magazine’s international Music Student Awards, and receiving the 2020 Best Performance in the Blues/Pop & Rock Category in Downbeat Magazine’s International Music Student Awards. With a support system of amazing musical mentors and educators, she now has a passion for passing the artistic torch; training the next generation of musical Artists.

MARN Lounge Session (#2) features Felix Ramsey, Season 10 American Idol began singing when he was 3 years old. Since then, Felix has had the opportunity to meet and sing for Grammy and Pulitzer Prize winning composer, Marvin Hamlisch,  the Milwaukee & San Diego Symphony Orchestra, 54th Annual Grammy Awards, and the list goes on!
